About Chavrusa Link

Chavrusa Link was created to meet a simple need in the Jewish community: making it easier to find the right Chavrusa.

Learning with a Chavrusa is central to the way Torah has always been learned. As the Mitteler Rebbe taught, and the Rebbe later included in Hayom Yom for 20 Teves, when two people learn Torah together, their two G-dly souls join forces against a single natural soul. Learning together brings a unique strength that learning alone cannot provide.

A Chavrusa can challenge and encourage you, bring new perspectives to the learning, help clarify difficult ideas, and enable both people to reach greater depth and accomplish more.

Yet finding the right Chavrusa is not always easy. We may not know who in our own community is also looking for someone to learn with, or we may simply feel uncomfortable asking around. And sometimes the right Chavrusa is not down the block. They may be in another city or even another country, ready to connect and learn together by phone or video.
